How do I return an item?

  1. 15 days for refund or exchange w/ invoice & full packaging, all manuals & accessories and in new condition.
  2. All products are covered by manufacturer's warranty unless,otherwise noted, After 30 days, please contact the manufacturer for warranty services.
  3. Special order items, Software, Water Cooling items, Headsets, Blank Media, and products labeled as No Return are Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable Items.
  4. 15% restocking charges where applicable. The merchandise returned must be in as new resalable condition including original packaging and all manuals & accessories.
  5. New Type Computer Workshop LTD. is not responsible for damage made to or lost of any data, software application, and/or removable storage media. 
  6. No Refund on Labor or installation services. 
  7. Ownership of the goods belongs to New Type Computer Workshop LTD. until fully paid.
